Subpart G
The Federal Communications Commission's regulations specific to the Low Power FM radio service are in the Code of Federal Regulations, Title 47, Part 73, Subpart G. These rules are created and amended through the rulemaking process. Regulations that apply to LPFM stations are not exclusively in Subpart G, but also exist in other subparts as cross-referenced by §73.801 of the rules as well as found in portions of Part 1, Part 2, Part 11 and Part 17.
